Who qualifies for the HERO Rewards Program?
If you serve your community — there’s a good chance you qualify. This includes, but is not limited to military (active or retired), first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, government employees, union members, clergy, and other essential professionals. If you're not sure, we encourage you to apply anyways. We are here to help you make your dreams a reality.
Is this a government program?
No. The Hero Rewards Program™ is a private, independent program created to honor and reward those who serve their communities. It is not affiliated with any government agency, federal loan program, or public benefit. The credit you receive is funded entirely through real estate compensation — no government involvement required.
What exactly is a “HERO” Home?
A HERO Home is simply a home purchased through the Hero Rewards Program™. There's no special property type or price requirement. Any home you purchase through a licensed agent in our program network qualifies — and you receive your closing credit based on the purchase price. It's your home. We just make buying it more rewarding.
How do I get started?

Is this only for first-time buyers?
Not at all. Many of our HERO clients are buying their second or third home, or downsizing to something that fits their next chapter. If you're making a move and you don't already have an agent, we're here to make it smoother — and more affordable.
Do I have to use your lender and agent to qualify for the credit?
Your lender is entirely your choice — the closing credit is not affected by who you use for financing. To receive the credit, you do need to work with a licensed real estate agent in the Hero Rewards Program™ referral network. If you need help with financing, we can connect you with experienced loan professionals who understand the program — but that choice is always yours.
How much money can I really save?
Program participants receive a minimum guaranteed credit based on their home's purchase price — ranging from $800 to $10,000. Your exact credit is confirmed in writing when you enroll, based on your anticipated purchase price. Credits are applied at closing through escrow and can be used toward closing costs, prepaids, or other allowable settlement charges. What you see is what you get — confirmed before you ever sign a purchase agreement.
How do I qualify for up to $10,000? | Are there any catches or fine print?
No tricks and no hidden rules. When you enroll in the Hero Rewards Program™ and close on your home with a licensed agent in our referral network, you receive your closing credit — period. The credit amount is based on your home's purchase price and is confirmed in writing before you sign a purchase agreement. No surprises at closing.
